What we'll get into

Three conversations partner leaders are walking into this quarter.

Not a panel, not a pitch — just the questions worth comparing notes on. Two quick sparks to get the room going, and a peer table that runs all afternoon.

AI Native Partnerships

Why ChatGPT and Claude workflows hit a ceiling for partner teams — and the three things (live partner context, AI that executes, a trusted partner boundary) that turn AI from a productivity hack into a partnership operating system.

Seller Activation, with receipts

A first look at what we're seeing in seller-activation data across every major cloud partnership — research underway with the AWS Marketplace Center of Excellence. Why 90% of partner sellers stay dormant, and what the best operators do differently.

Curated Peer Conversations

Open table for senior partner leaders to compare notes on hyperscaler co-sell, ISV/GSI motion design, and what's actually moving the needle in 2026. Joins and leaves as you do — no agenda you have to keep up with.

The venue

The Conservatory at One Sansome.

A marble conservatory tucked into the base of the One Sansome tower — twenty-foot windows, financial-district light, and a quiet executive lounge behind the main hall for the table conversations.

We've taken the whole space for the afternoon. Cocktails, passed plates, a proper crab cake or two. Two screens for the briefings. Plenty of room to talk.
