Mayank has always believed in the importance of data, analytics and applications in helping people make better decisions. Prior to founding WorkSpan, he founded Big Data pioneer Aster Data Systems, acquired by Teradata in 2011 where he served as Co-President of Teradata Aster division. He has a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and B.Tech from IIT Bombay.

Amit is passionate about driving ecosystem growth through co-selling programs. He co-founded WorkSpan after experiencing firsthand the success of SAP HANA's ecosystem approach, which led to it becoming the fastest-growing SAP product to reach $1B in sales. He now oversees all Sales, Marketing, Services, Partnering, Customer Success, and Support teams at WorkSpan.

Milind loves architecting systems and creating technology to solve real-world challenges. Prior to WorkSpan, Milind was Director of Engineering of Aster Data Systems, and has extensive work experience at EMC, Kazeon, Intransa, Sun and TCS. He holds a patent on Use of External Services with Clusters. He has a Masters in Technology in Computer Science from IIT Bombay.

Puneet has extensive experience as an operator, builder, and advisor to high-growth software companies. Most recently, Puneet was SVP of Finance and Strategy at ThoughtSpot where he managed all aspects of finance, accounting, strategy, and business operations. His prior roles include positions at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Capital One. Puneet has an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MS from Stanford University.

Chip is passionate about building strong customer/partner communities around enterprises to amplify brand and market impact. Prior to WorkSpan, Chip was with SAP for over 13 years, most recently growing the SAP Community Network to over 2 million engaged customers, partners, and developers. He has an MBA from University of Chicago and an engineering degree from Northwestern.

Suresh is passionate about co-creating digital experiences that significantly impact customer revenues and customer experience by partnering with customers and global teams. He built and led high performance product teams while working at Persistent Systems, Epicor, ACI Payments, Diebold. He holds a BTech (with distinction) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala, a PGDST from National Centre for Software Technology, Mumbai, and an EGMP from IIM, Bangalore.

Kijoon leads WorkSpan’s business unit focused on AWS, Microsoft, and other cloud ecosystems. Prior to WorkSpan, he was VP of Marketing at SAP responsible for SAP HANA marketplace and applications for ecosystem collaboration, nextgen planning, IOT, and consumer engagement. He was also a co-founder of a digital health startup. Kijoon received his MBA from Stanford and B.S. from UC Berkeley.

Sam Gong is dedicated to fostering robust customer relationships and amplifying brand impact. As SVP Marketing at WorkSpan, he drives growth through strategic leadership. Previously, at Zuora, Sam led global revenue marketing teams, achieving multimillion-dollar bookings. His expertise spans relationship building, team management, and B2B marketing.

Erika believes that diversity, integrity, openness, and authenticity are the cornerstones of a successful company culture. She has over 20+ years of experience creating frameworks for successful people programs that is value driven, inclusive, dynamic, and first in class. Erika received her HR Management from Cornell University.

Nirav Desai is a leader in driving ecosystem growth through innovative go-to-market strategies at WorkSpan, collaborating with AWS, Microsoft, Google, and others. With 20+ years in strategy, marketing, and revenue growth, he transformed Wipro's brand and drove a 16x revenue increase. At WorkSpan, Nirav empowers partners to achieve non-linear growth and digital transformation.

Peter is passionate about cultivating robust customer relationships to enhance brand influence. With 16+ years at IBM, he excelled in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Now, as VP of Customer Support at WorkSpan, Peter brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and customer-centric solutions.

Ashish Shete is dedicated to driving customer engagement and operational excellence. With extensive experience at Aquabyte, Aera Technology, and Elasticpath, he excels in business strategy, forecasting, and leadership.
