
When you are aligned internally, even if you misjudge the market with a particular product, you will have the courage to double down on other initiatives.
Conversely, also if you are aligned externally with your solution, but your internal teams aren't aligned, your product may never get off the ground. Something as simple as commission issues with SDRs can quickly derail a joint product.
Establishing alignment with the marketing, product, sales team towards a single solution is very critical because no matter how prepared you are, there will be hiccups along the way. And if different teams align behind a shared vision - know their place & how the success of the solution will benefit them, you will be in good hands.
