Power-up Your Partner Program with the New WorkSpan Company Page!

To help you showcase your company and your partner programs to the entire WorkSpan network of companies, we’ve just introduced a new WorkSpan Company Page!The Company Page gives you the ability to promote your partner program to your partners and to other companies on the WorkSpan network. This page serves as your “landing page” for partners and potential partners to discover your program, understand what type of partners you're looking for, and learn about the benefits they’ll receive by joining your program and partnering with your company.Partner programs are the backbone of a sustainable business ecosystem. They are necessary to provide a steady flow of new partners, ideas, solutions, and opportunities to drive revenue and scale and the new WorkSpan Company Page will help you get the word out to attract and retain partners to your program.

WorkSpan Network

As we all know, the value of Ecosystem Qualified Leads or EQLs from your ecosystem partners and influence from your co-sell partners can make or break your ability to exceed your revenue targets. With the new Company Page, WorkSpan gives you the ability to highlight your company and partner programs to more companies on the WorkSpan network, attract new and existing partners to your partner programs, and engage and co-sell with your partner and sales teams on WorkSpan.So what are the new Company Page changes all about?

  1. Company Logo Show off your company and brand in the most recognizable way - featuring your company logo.
  2. Cover Image Highlight your brand or programs with a hero image that sets your company apart.
  3. Company Title and DescriptionInclude your company tagline and highlights of your products and markets and why someone should partner with your company.
  4. Company Contact Details
  5. Your company website 
  6. Link to your LinkedIn Company Profile
  7. Programs and Plans
  8. This section shows all partner programs and plans available for the visiting company. 
  9. Your partners can see the status of programs they are already a part of or have been invited to or the ones they can join by sending requests.
  10. How to get started with Your Company?This section is your opportunity to tell your partners, or companies that want to become a partner, how they can get started engaging with your company! Use the space to describe the kind of partners you’re looking for, criteria for joining a program, the steps prospective partners can take to get going, and so on. Include support or add other contact emails here to help them understand how to get started with your company.
  11. MaterialsAdd documents, images, and links to videos and other assets to help your partners understand your partner program, solutions, processes, and objectives.

How to get started

Building your company page on WorkSpan is easy. Simply login to your WorkSpan application, open the hamburger menu on the top left of the screen and follow these steps.On the left-hand menu, click on 1. Companies > 2. About  > 3. Edit Company. Add all of the best information about your company and partner programs to put your best foot forward. Update any missing information about your organization and ensure you add the company logo, cover image, program description, useful links to any files, pages, and content that could help your prospects understand your partner program better.

(Company name, logos, and description on the image above is for representational purposes only)When you’ve got everything in place, click on “Save” and your new Company Page will immediately be published on the WorkSpan Network. Also, you should think of this as a living page to keep updated as your company and partner programs grow and change. If you have new information to share, just come back, add it here and you’ll keep your partners and prospective partners updated with the latest.Lift your game further, build your own “Embed Button” on WorkSpan, and place it on your partner portal to attract more partners to co-sell with you on WorkSpan.To build your customized button, visit the Companies section within the WorkSpan app by clicking on the hamburger menu on the top left. From the left-hand menu, click on 1. Companies>2. Get Embed Button>3. Edit the Button Elements>4. Copy Embed Code and paste the HTML code into your partner portal or website.
